Alcon’s GT3 Monobloc Pro-System is what happens when genuine GT3 level hardware is adapted for the G8X chassis as a complete front and rear package. Built around forged monobloc aluminum calipers and two piece floating rotors, this kit delivers the kind of thermal capacity, pedal feel and consistency that serious track drivers expect while still working cleanly with the factory master cylinder, ABS and stability systems. If your G80, G82 or G87 sees regular track time and you are running out of confidence or headroom on the stock brakes, this is the step up.

GT3 Monobloc calipers with true motorsport pedigree

The heart of the system is Alcon’s GT3 spec monobloc caliper architecture, the same family of components used in professional GT racing. A forged one piece body gives excellent stiffness for a firm, repeatable pedal. Staggered piston sizing manages pad taper, high temperature seals and stainless pistons cope with sustained heat, and the pad change system is designed so your crew can swap pads quickly without pulling the caliper. The result is a brake package that stays consistent deep into a session instead of going soft or changing character as temperatures rise.

Full front and rear Pro-System package

Unlike piecemeal upgrades, this GT3 Monobloc Full Brake Kit is engineered as a balanced system for the entire car. Up front you get six piston GT3 monobloc calipers clamping large diameter, two piece floating rotors with directional vanes. In the rear, matching Alcon four piston calipers and two piece rotors are sized to work with the front bias and ABS tuning so you gain stability and confidence without upsetting the factory electronics. Rotor hats and brackets are precision machined in North America, and everything is designed to bolt to the factory knuckles with no permanent modifications.

Pro-System rotors, hardware and real world durability

Every Pro-System rotor starts as a high carbon grey iron casting, then is machined, assembled and dyno bedded before it ever reaches your car. The high carbon metallurgy and fully floating mount with anti rattle hardware help the discs stay stable at temperature, resist cracking and provide consistent friction over long stints. Dyno bedded rotors and pads also mean a normal warm up procedure is all you need before leaning on the brakes hard, instead of going through a long, delicate bedding cycle on the street or at your first track day.

Street and track friendly details

Despite the motorsport roots, this kit is designed to live on dual purpose cars. Piston sizing is matched to the OE master cylinder and booster so you retain a natural pedal ratio and good cold bite for street driving. Pad shape and volume offer a wide choice of compounds from street biased to full slick tire race pads, and the system will reward you with longer consumable life compared to stock when used with appropriate pads and fluid. The calipers are available in hard anodized or ENP nickel finishes, both of which are durable and easy to keep clean behind your wheels.
