The FA24 engine in the latest Toyota GR86 and Subaru BRZ is a great base, but serious track time can expose the limits of the factory stamped oil pan. Verus Engineering’s 3D Printed Aluminum Oil Pan increases oil capacity and improves control of the oil under sustained cornering, braking and acceleration.

Additive manufacturing allows Verus to package optimized baffling, trap doors and structural features that are difficult to achieve with conventional casting. The result is a pan that better resists oil starvation and manages heat, giving you more confidence when you lean on the car lap after lap.
